- Why was my profile blocked?
We strive to make Feels a safe space for all our users. Our guidelines are designed to protect our community.
Your profile may have been blocked for the following reasons:
-Threatening behavior
- Inappropriate language
- Sexual content
- Harassment
Your profile will be reviewed within 24 hours of being blocked. If your profile remains blocked and none of these reasons apply to your case, please contact us at

- I can’t chat with a profile that liked me
In the
Feels
tab you will find the people who have sent you a Feels or a SuperFeels. By sending a Feels in return, you will get a match and you will be able to continue the discussion with these people. These people will also be suggested to you in the Discovery section. With the Infinity subscription you can access them directly in the Feels Inbox section.
In the
Interests
tab you will find people who have spent time on your profile, who have watched several clips or who have watched what you were looking for on the app. But these people didn't dare to take the first step by sending a Feels. So you can send them a Feels to have a chance to match!
- I would like a refund for my subscription
Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple and Google stores.
To cancel your subscription: Go to the subscription section in your account via your phone settings.
- How to change age ?
Since Feels is a dating app, we are legally required to restrict access to minors.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions: Members must be over 18 years old and guarantee that all the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
Unfortunately, if you confirmed being underage during registration, you cannot use Feels until you turn 18. Your account will automatically unlock on your 18th birthday.

- I can’t log in, and I’m not receiving the SMS
Unfortunately, we cannot resolve this issue directly. However, we recommend:

- I lost a conversation
A conversation can disappear for three reasons:
1- The other person deleted the conversation.
2- Their account was blocked (due to repeated reports, for example).
3- The person decided to delete their account.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover a deleted conversation.
- How do I delete my Feels account ?
To delete your Feels account directly from the application, go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account.
Your profile will be immediately deleted and not visible to others.
- I haven’t received my subscription benefits
Here are a few steps to resolve the issue:
1- Try closing and reopening the app. This can sometimes trigger the activation of your subscription.
2- Check if the payment was processed by looking at your subscriptions in your phone’s settings.

What is Feels ?
- What is the principle of Feels ?
Here no judgement and no codes, it's the perfect place to meet people without worrying about a person's gender or sexual orientation.
If you're tired of swiping right or left and want to meet people more authentically, you're in the right place.
To introduce yourself on Feels, we let you show us the best of yourself, for that you have to add 6 photos/videos, answer 3 questions so that we discover your exceptional personality and finally you have to choose the vibe that brings you on the app (if you want to chill, or spice up your life ....).
On Feels we let you browse through the profiles and choose if you want to send them a Feels, a more personalized message or just move on to the next one.
If you send a Feels to someone and they send you one back, you have a GOOD VIBE and you can start talking.
- How does Feels work?
Feels is designed as a social network: discover profiles made of real stories where everyone can fully express their unique and real personality. If you want to chat with a person, you just have to like one of their stories and if they do too, the Good Vibes are there and you can chat.
- Unleash your creativity with videos, captions, animated stickers and Q&A and finally reveal your personality.
- Discover all the pronoun, gender and sexual orientation options present on the app.
- Find out what everyone wants! You can even filter on people who have the same desires as you.
- Is Feels free?
The app is available for free on Apple Store and Play Store. If you want to have access to more functionality there are two paid subscriptions to see in Paid
Paid Functionality.
- Can I use Feels for free ?
Of course, it is possible to meet people for free on Feels: you can send feels, have Good Vibes and start discussions. You also have the possibility to send three SuperFeels per day, see other profiles' Vibes and much more!
If you want to take it to the next level on Feels and unlock more features, we have two subscriptions: Fastpass and Infinity which each have their own assets to make you meet nice people ;)

First steps on the app
- How to navigate on Feels
To meet on Feels and discover the profiles you just have to scroll up and down the different profiles.
- To react to a profile there are two possible ways: either by sending a
Feels
with the heart button located on the right of the profile or by sending a
SuperFeels
with the message button that allows you to send a more personalized reaction.
- The three small lines at the top right allow you to filter the Vibes you decide to see, if you want to meet people who have the same expectations as you!"
- In the "Feels inbox" located at the bottom next to the "discovery", you can see there the people who sent you a Feels and those who looked at your entire profile.
- In the "chat" section appear your discussions, which are directly generated when you have a
Good Vibe
with a person.
- How does the sending of Feels work ?
To send a feels you have to press the heart on the right side of the stories. If the user you liked has also sent you a Feels before, you will get a Good Vibes which will allow both of you to start the discussion.
- Why appear at least once on your Feels profile ?
On Feels you have to appear at least once on your profile for it to be validated. An invalid profile is a profile with illicit content (see the article on blocked profiles) but also a profile without photos of oneself. You should not put several times the same photo with nothing on it because we want all users to play the game of making a complete profile on Feels to show more than a simple profile picture.
- What are the Intentions ?
On Feels you can indicate your intentions and what you are looking for.
Here are the 4 currently available:
- #Serious = if you are looking for seriousness
- #Chill = if you want to meet people without taking your head
- #Spicy = if you are looking for spice in your life
- #Bestie = if you are looking to make friends
- What is a Good Vibe ?
A Good Vibe works like this:
If you send a Feels (heart button) or a SuperFeels (message button) to a profile that has sent you a Feels or a SuperFeels (in this case it will be displayed next to their profile picture in the top left corner) then you will have a Good Vibe and will be able to chat freely with that person!
The Infinity subscription allows you to go faster and to discover all the people who want to chat with you right away.
- What is a SuperFeels ?
A SuperFeels is a more personalized reaction and allows for a quicker discussion.
1 SuperFeels per week are available.
To send a SuperFeel, simply send a message reacting to a content.
- What is the difference between Feels and interests ?
In the
Feels tab
you will find the people who have sent you a Feels or a SuperFeels. By sending a Feels in return, you will get a match and you will be able to continue the discussion with these people. These people will also be suggested to you in the Discovery section. With the Infinity subscription you can directly access them in the Feels Inbox section.
In the

- Where do the sent Feels and SuperFeels appear ?
The likes (Feels) or messages (SuperFeels) you send appear in the "Chat" section if the other person replies to you. This creates a conversation in which you can exchange freely. But as long as the other person doesn't reply, then the conversation is not yet created and your SuperFeels don't appear.
- Why can't I have discussions ?
To be able to have the chance to start the discussion you have two ways:
- The first one you send a maximum of Feels in the hope to have a Good Vibes, you will then be able to start the discussion
- The second one you send SuperFeels, more direct to start the discussion!
- What is the minimum age to use Feels ?
The minimum age to use the app is 18.

- Report a user
The safety of our users on Feels is our priority. If a profile has inappropriate content, that is:
- Threats
- Inappropriate language
- Sexual content
- Harassment
To report it in the news feed just press the three small dots right next to his first name on the top left .To report it on a conversation just open the conversation and press the three small dots on the top right. Our teams will take care of examining his profile and notify for a ban.
- Delete a conversation
If for any reason a conversation needs to be deleted just open it and press the three little dots on the top right.
- Why was my profile blocked ?
We are working to make Feels a safe dating space for all our users. Our rules have been put in place to protect our communities. The reasons that caused your profile to be blocked may be as follows:
- Underage
- Inappropriate content (nudity, assault, violence,...)
- Rude and disrespectful behavior
- No photos showing your identity on your profile

Privacy
- How do I delete my profile ?
To delete your Feels account directly from the application, go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account. Your profile will be deleted within 30 days and not visible to others.
If you want your profile to be deleted immediately without waiting the 30 days, just follow the same process and send us a request to

indicating the telephone number used for registration.
- Does Feels hold my banking information? If so, is it secure?
Absolutely not, Feels do not hold any banking information. It is Apple Store or PlayStore that hold this kind of information.

Feels Subscription
- What is the Boost ?
The Boost is a feature that allows you to enhance your experience on Feels and increase your visibility among other users.
When you activate the boost your profile is highlighted for 12 hours.
You can buy the boosts in two different ways:
- Through a subscription.
- By pack either by 2, 5 or 15. You still need to have a subscription to access these packs.
- Comment fonctionne le Boost ?
Les Boosts fonctionnent de la manière suivante :
- Si vous en avez acheté par un abonnement vous pouvez en utiliser 1 par semaine pour une durée de 12h.
- Si vous les avez acheté par packs, vous pouvez les activer quand bon vous semble, ils sont disponible dans votre profil. Une fois activé, votre profil est mis en avant durant 12h.
- What are the Feels subscriptions ?
Feels offers two subscriptions for two different experiences depending on your desires/needs:
- Feels Fastpass allows you to send unlimited Feels, discover other users' vibes (their desires), boost your profile once a week and review past profiles as much as you want
- With Feels Infinity discover who likes your profile, filter the people you want to see, send superfeels to the profiles you like, you can activate the travel mode (select the city where your profile will appear), you can send unlimited feels. Feels Infinity is also to discover in an unlimited way the Vibes of the other users, to boost its profile once a week to be put forward during 12 hours and to review the past profiles as many times as possible.
- How can I see the list of people who have sent me a Feels ?
In the "Feels inbox" section at the bottom of your screen you will see the people who have sent you a Feels. This is an easier way to send them a Feels in return and to engage in a discussion directly.
This feature is available with the "Feels infinity" subscription.
- How can I see the Intention of a profile ?
Seeing a profile's Intention is seeing their intentions. It is a crucial help to know if you are on the same wavelengths. To have access to this feature you need to subscribe to Feels Fastpass or Feels Infinity, both of our subscriptions offer this possibility.
- How do I only filter the Intentions I want to see ?
Filtering the Intentions means filtering the people you want to see, to do this you need to click on the three little bars at the top right and then you can choose if you want to see 1, 2, 3 or 4 Intentions. This feature is available with Feels Infinity.
Remember that the different Intentions are as follows:
- #ChillIntentions = To go for a ride together!
- #SeriousIntentions = We'll see where the Vibe takes you!
- #SpicyIntentions = Let's go vibeeeee ... Under the comforter
- #BestieIntentions = Looking for mates and good vibes!
- How does a SuperFeels work ?
A Superfeel is more than a simple Feels, it is a way to stand out when you like a profile. To send a Superfeels you have to click on the message pictogram on your right and you can send the message of your choice on the content you want.
You have 1 SuperFeels per week. When you are Feels Fastpass you have the chance to send 3 per week and Feels Infinity 3 per week also.
Parameters related to subscriptions
- How do I switch from Fastpass to Infinity ?
To change your subscription on IOS you just have to go to open Feels > open your "profile" on the bottom right > go to "settings" on the top right > click on "manage my subscription" > click again on "manage my subscription" > once on the redirection to the apple store click on "show all plans".
As far as Android is concerned, we have a problem that prevents you from switching from Fastpass to Infinity from your settings - and we'll fix that as soon as possible.
- Premium paid but not activated
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused.
To fix this problem you may just need to quit the application and restart it. If this solution does not work, it may be because you had another account on the application in the past, in which case you can tell us your phone number (used when you registered) at the following address

- Cancellation of Premium subscription
To cancel your subscription you can either go directly to the subscriptions section in your account from the settings of your iPhone, or from the Feels application, by going to your account settings (small cogwheel at the top right on the profile menu) and then to the top of the list of entries via the 1st "Manage my subscription".

Troubleshooting
- How come one of my discussions disappeared ?
A discussion can disappear for 3 reasons:
1) The other person has deleted the discussion.
2) Or their account has been blocked (for repeated reports, for example).
3) Or finally, if the other person has decided to delete their account.
So it is normal that this happens from time to time.
- How do I change my geolocation ?
To change your city you have to go to the menu 'Profile' > then click on 'Preferences' at the bottom of the list > then click on 'Current city'.
You will then have the possibility to update your city by clicking on 'Use my location' > if it's not already done, the application will ask you for access to your geolocation in order to determine your current city.
It is possible not to use the geolocation and to choose manually the city where you want to be located: for that you have to take the Infinity subscription.
- Sms not received at registration
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately this happens sometimes with our supplier for the verification of phone numbers and we have no simple solution to offer you, except to test again later (in a few hours or tomorrow for example).
- How to get reimbursed
For all refund requests, it is necessary to see this directly with the store teams (AppStore for iOS and Playstore for Android) because they are the only ones who have control over all aspects of payment of subscriptions within the applications.
- How to change age?
As Feels is a dating application, we have a legal obligation to restrict access to the application to minors.
As stated in our terms and conditions: "The Member must be over 18 years old and must guarantee that all the information he/she communicates during registration is true and up to date".
